LONDON (Alliance News) - Murray International Trust PLC Monday said it has secured a new GBP15.0 million loan facility from Royal Bank of Scotland PLC.
Murray International immediately used all of the funds available under the loan facility to repay another GBP15.0 million loan provided by RBS that had matured, meaning the new loan facility has effectively replaced the old one.
The new loan facility is fixed for three years an an all-in rate of 1.467%.
Murray International said it has also repaid a JPY1.60 billion, roughly GBP10.2 million, loan from ING Bank NV using existing cash resources after the loan matured on Monday.
Murray International shares were up 0.3% to 934.0 pence per share on Monday morning.
