(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Naked Wines PLC - Norwich, Norfolk-based online wine retailer - Hires Darryl Rawlings as independent non-executive director with plans for Rawlings to succeed Ian Harding as chair at the company's annual general meeting in August. Naked Wines had previously said Harding would retire in the summer after serving on the board for eight years. Rawlings is founder and chief executive officer of Trupanion Inc, a Seattle-based company that provides medical insurance for cats and dogs in the US and Canada. Naked Wines says Rawlings' experience in building a direct-to-consumer business will help in its own expansion.

----------

Bonhill Group PLC - London-based business-to-business media - Non-Executive Chair Neil Sachdev won't stand for re-election at May 27 AGM, having served on the board since 2017. Arroyo is chief marketing officer of Coca-Cola Co, and European Refreshments is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US company.

----------

Napster Group PLC - London-based operator of MelodyVR and Napster music streaming platforms - Hires Emmy Lovell as chief strategy officer, a newly created role, reporting to Founder & CEO Anthony Matchett. Lovell was executive vice president of WEA Europe, part of Warner Music Group.

----------

Danakali Ltd - developing Colluli potash project in Eritrea - Chief Financial Officer Stuart Tarrant resigns to "pursue another career opportunity", having led the process to obtain a USD200 million senior secured debt facility for the Colluli project. Head of Finance Greg MacPherson will take on the majority of Tarrant's responsibilities.

----------

Kosmos Energy Ltd - oil and gas exploration and production along Atlantic Margins - Promotes Tim Nicholson to senior vice president & head of Exploration and John Shinol to SVP & chief geoscientist. Both have been with Kosmos since 2018, working on the company's exploration in the US Gulf of Mexico and in Equatorial Guinea. Tracey Henderson, the previous SVP of Exploration, has left to "pursue other interests".

----------

Jersey Oil & Gas PLC - oil and gas exploration and production on UK Continental Shelf - Hires Les Thomas as independent non-executive director, starting immediately. Thomas was CEO of Ithaca Energy Inc until last year and before that was a board member of energy services and infrastructure group John Wood Group PLC as chief executive of its Production Facilities business.
