LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialist primary care infrastructure investor MedicX Fund Ltd said it Friday sold 4.5 million share out of treasury at 83.50 pence each, with the net proceeds to go towards pursuing its investment policy.
The company's number of shares in issue after the transaction is 349.6 million.
MedicX Fund holds 11.8 million share in treasury.
MedicX Adviser Ltd, a subsidiary of the MedicX Group, is the fund's investment adviser.
MedicX Fund shares were Friday quoted at 83.98 pence, up 0.1%.
