LONDON (Alliance News) - Castleton Technology PLC said Tuesday it issued 738,896 shares to MXC Capital Ltd in respect of a conversion of GBP632,495 in convertible loan notes.
Admission of the shares is expected on August 17 following which Castleton will have 81.1 million shares in issue.
Following admission, MXC will hold 6.1 million Castleton shares in total, representing 7.5% of the issued share capital of Castleton.
Earlier today, MXC said it had issued a conversion notice to Castleton in respect of the loan notes.
Castleton shares were trading down 0.3% at 104.15 pence each, while MXC shares were trading up 1.1% at 1.34p.
