(Alliance News) - Midatech Pharma PLC on Monday said Armistice Capital LLC now holds 9.8% holding in the oncology and rare disease products developer.
Prior to this transaction on Monday, Armistice's holding, if any, was not disclosed.
Midatech shares closed 1.2% lower in London on Monday at 4.00 pence each.
