(Alliance News) - Mitie Group PLC on Thursday confirmed the appointment of former Yodel boss Andrew Peeler to the board as chief financial officer.
Peeler replaces outgoing CFO Paul Woolf, who resigns from the facilities management and professional services company's board with immediate effect.
However, Woolf will still be available to support Mitie's board until January 28.
Peeler was previously chief executive officer at parcel delivery firm Yodel, and became Mitie's interim CFO on December 9 before joining the board in January.
Shares in Mitie were down 0.1% at 144.90 pence in London on Thursday morning.
