LONDON (Alliance News) - Matomy Media Group Ltd on Monday named Rupert Howell as its new chairman.
Ilan Shiloah will remain on the board as a director, as he hands over the role to Howell.
Howell has been deputy chairman and senior independent non-executive director of Matomy since its initial public offering in July 2014.
Howell is group development director of newspaper group Trinity Mirror PLC.
"As Matomy increases its focus on delivering quality programmatic mobile performance together with accelerated top- and bottom-line growth, Rupert is now the right person to chair the board," Shiloah said.
Shares in Matomy were down 3.4% at 101.00 pence on Monday afternoon.
