(Alliance News) - Matomy Media Group Ltd on Friday said Director Nir Tarlovsky sold ILS93,250, around GBP20,500, worth of shares last week Monday.
Tarlovsky sold 500,000 shares at a price of ILS0.1865, or 4.11p, per share on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The advertising technology firm did not disclose Tarlovsky's shareholding in the company following the transaction.
Matomy shares were trading 9.5% lower at 3.86p each on Friday morning in London.
