LONDON (Alliance News) - Metals Exploration PLC on Friday said its senior lenders have agreed an extension of time until the end of March to complete the senior debt refinancing.
The exploration and development company said the agreed extension also covers payments of capital amounts owing totalling USD35.6 million, which were previously due on Thursday last week.
Metals Exploration shares were trading flat on Friday at 1.35 pence each.
