Milestone to raise £1.385m at 1.5p a share

(ShareCast News) - Milestone is raising $1.385m at 1.5p a shar5e to market the newly launched Alchemy e-media platform, recruit key staff and fund additional development of the Passion Project platform.The AIM-quoted provider of digital media and technology solutions said would issue 92.3m shares. Admission was expected on or around Oct. 31.Following the placing, Milestone would have 876.3m shares on issue with voting rights.At about 10:53 BST, shares in Milestone were up 1.89% to 1.35p.
