Milestone Group's Nextstar Amends Joint Venture With Black Cactus
LONDON (Alliance News) - Milestone Group PLC Wednesday said that its subsidiary company Nexstar has amended its joint venture agreement with Black Cactus Holdings Pty Ltd.
Under the new extended agreement Nexstar has an exclusive global licence to white label its existing platform and commercialise an additional range of IP owned by Black Cactus to all markets, not solely the loyalty and rewards marketplace.
"We are pleased to have agreed an extension to the original agreement. This opens up a number of new opportunities, not only for Nexstar, but across the wider business. This extended agreement is a complimentary fit with the rest of the business, tying in with the Milestone Foundation, the Passion Project whilst supporting the company's overall development strategy," said Chief Executive Officer Deborah White in a statement.
Shares in Milestone were untraded Wednesday morning. It last closed at 0.460 pence.
