Milestone Group Signs Deal To Licence Disorder Content To Nexstar
LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital media company Milestone Group PLC on Wednesday said it has signed a deal to licence its Disorder magazine property to Nexstar League Ltd.
The agreement will allow Nexstar, Milestone's joint venture with Black Cactus Holdings Pty Ltd, to syndicate the content from the youth-focused magazine globally.
No financial details on the licensing agreement were disclosed.
Milestone shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 0.455 pence.
