Marlowe PLC - London-based company focused on business safety and regulatory compliance - Acquires SF Fire Ltd, a Huddersfield, England-based fire safety company, for an enterprise value of up to GBP1.1 million. This includes a payment of GBP100,000 dependent on integration. The acquisition will be funded from the company's existing cash resources, Marlowe explains.
For the year ended September 30, SF Fire reported pretax profit of GBP200,000 and revenue of GBP500,000. Its net assets at September 30 were GBP500,000.
