LONDON (Alliance News) - Moss Bros Group PLC Monday said that Danielle Helfgott, whose husband is Independent Non-Executive Director Maurice Helfgott, has acquired 1,857 shares at 98 pence each.
In addition, Danielle transferred 830 shares into her individual savings account at 98 pence each.
Maurice transferred 5,182 company shares into his ISA at the same price.
Following the transactions, Maurice and connected persons have an interest in 401,557 Moss Bros shares.
The transactions took place on Friday last week.
Moss Bros shares Monday closed flat at 98.00p.
