----------

Location Sciences Group PLC - London-based location verification provider to advertisers - Appoints Simon Wilkinson as non-executive chair and Nigel Burton as senior non-executive director, following a shareholder vote on Friday last week that approved its recent GBP3.5 million fundraise. Wilson was chief executive officer and then chair of software firm Mobica, and previously CEO of Myriad Group AG and Magic4 Ltd. Burton is an investment banker who worked at UBS Warburg, part of UBS Group AG, and Deutsche Bank AG. He currently is a non-executive director of London-listings BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC, DeepVerge PLC, eEnergy Group PLC, Mobile Streams PLC and Microsaic Systems PLC, Location Sciences notes.
