Mobile Streams CFO Resigns

Tue, 04th Feb 2014 09:25

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile Streams PLC said Tuesday that Gaston Cerf, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the company and the board of directors, effective immediately.

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams said, "Gaston has done a solid job for Mobile Streams during a difficult and complex period as we managed the challenges created by the financial issues in Argentina.

"Operations in Argentina remain, as before, under the control of our local leadership and all local financial issues are being dealt with by the team there," he added.

The firm said interviews have already been arranged with potential candidates for the position.

Shares in Mobile Streams were trading down 18.03% at 25 pence per share Tuesday morning, one of the biggest fallers on the AIM market.
