LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC on Friday said M&M Investment Co, a vehicle connected to the trust's manager Mark Sheppard, sold 30,000 shares at a price of 304.75 pence per share on Thursday.
Following the sale, Sheppard holds a beneficial interest in 13.3 million shares, which equals a 61.56% stake in the trust.
The stock was up 0.2% at 306.40p Friday.
