LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Monday that Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 60,000 shares in the trust.
Sheppard sold the shares at 435.33 pence for a total of GBP261,200. His remaining stake in the company following the sale, if any, was not disclosed.
Manchester & London Investment Trust shares closed up 1.2% at 435.18p.
