LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 205,000 shares at a price of GBP4.3850 per share on Thursday.
Sheppard sold another 15,000 shares, in a separate transaction, at GBP4.4200 each on Thursday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Sheppard now holds in the company following the deals, which totalled GBP965,225.
Shares in Manchester & London closed down 0.7% at 440.35 pence.
