LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 25,000 shares at a price of 525 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this GBP131,250 transaction, Sheppard now holds 13.1 million shares in the trust, reflecting a 53% stake in the company.
Shares in Manchester & London closed up 0.2% at 522.00p on Wednesday.
