THG PLC - Manchester-based online retail platform trading as The Hut Group - FIC Shareco Ltd, a company associated with Chief Executive Officer Matthew Moulding, on Wednesday sells 6.9 million shares which are beneficially owned by Steven Whitehead, THG group commercial director, for 122.64 pence each, totalling GBP8.5 million.

Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC - Chertsey, Surrey-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Officer Peter Trustcott on Thursday purchases 30,000 shares at a price of 308.29 pence, totalling GBP92,400. It has not been disclosed how many shares he now holds.
