Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 PLC - venture capital trust - It and Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC announces intention to raise up to GBP20 million through joint offers for subscription of shares, with over-allotment facilities of up to a further GBP20 million.
Offers to remain open until no later than April 4, 2022 for the 2021/22 tax year and until May 27, 2022 for the 2022/23 tax year.
