UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Carclo Picks Aerospace Veteran As Chair

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Carclo PLC - West Yorkshire-based supplier of technical plastics products - Hires Nick Sanders as non-executive chair-elect, effective immediately. Sanders was executive chair of Gardner Aerospace for nine years until 2019. Prior to that he worked at Rolls-Royce and Lucas Aerospace. Carclo on Monday said it had entered into new facilities with its lending bank HSBC, which comprise a term loan of GBP34.5 million and a GBP3.5 million revolving credit facility. It has also agreed deficit repair contributions with its pension scheme for 2021 until 2023.

Aminex PLC - Tanzania focused gas project developer - Hires Charles Santos as non-executive chair and Tom Mackay as non-executive director. Robert Ambrose returns to former post as interim chief executive officer. All immediately. Santos is CEO & Chair of UIG Energy Inc, with develops projects in central and southeast Asia. Mackay returns to the Aminex board, having served from 2014 until becoming interim CEO from April 2019 until this past April.

Bakkavor Group PLC - London-based fresh prepared food - Hires Umran Beba as independent non-executive director, effective from September 1, replacing Todd Krasnow, who steps down after three years on October 19. Beba spent 25 years at US snack and beverage firm PepsiCo Inc before retiring in May as chief global diversity & engagement officer.

Litigation Capital Management Ltd - Sydney-based legal disputes financing - Hires Gerhard Seebacher as a non-executive director, effective immediately. Seebacher was a partner at Brevan Howard Asset Management, after 20 years at Bank of America.

Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC - invests in Indian growth companies - Appoints Rebecca Donaldson as independent non-executive director from September 1. Most recently, Donaldson was head of Channel Marketing, EMEA, at BMO Global Asset Management.

Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC - technology-focused growth-stock investor - Hires James Waterlow as non-executive director from Monday. Waterlow has been a partner on the Investment Funds team at broker N+1 Singer for the past 11 years.

JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust PLC - investment trust aimed at income and capital growth from globally diversified assets - Hires Patrick Edwardson as independent non-executive director from October 1. Edwardson was a partner and head of the Multi-Asset Team at fund manager Baillie Gifford until retiring recently.

Blackrock Smaller Companies Trust PLC - investment trust focused on smaller UK quoted companies - Hires Mark Little as non-executive director from October 1. Little, a former fund manager and equities analyst at Barclays Wealth, Deutsche Bank and Scottish Widows, is currently a non-executive director of Majedie Investments PLC and Securities Trust of Scotland PLC.
