LONDON (Alliance News) - Low & Bonar PLC Friday said Chief Executive Brett Simpson and Chairman Matin Flower each bought 75,000 shares at a price of GBP0.655 per share.
Following this transaction,Simpson and Flower hold 75,000 and 556,912 shares, respectively.
The company's shares were down 1.9% at 63.75 pence Friday.
