LONDON (Alliance News) - James Latham PLC said Wednesday that Chairman Peter Latham is in hospital following a serious accident.
As an interim measure, the company said Meryl Bushell, non-executive Director, will perform the role of acting Chairman until further notice.
Shares in James Latham last traded at 467.5 pence per share.
