WASHINGTON, April 12 (Reuters) - The United States on Friday barred imports of aluminum, copper and nickel of Russian origin, the Treasury Department website showed.
The prohibition covers certain metal acquisition services including global metal exchanges used for the purposes of acquiring the Russian-origin metals, according to a response to frequently asked questions posted on the Treasury website.
