LONDON (Alliance News) - LPA Group PLC said Monday it made several changes to its board with immediate effect.
Among the changes, former chief executive officer Peter Pollock was appointed Chairman, while Paul Curtis, who is expected to become CEO in due course, was appointed executive director and chief operating officer.
Non-Executive Director Michael Rusch became group president, although it retained its non-executive role.
The LED lighting manufacturer said it also expects to appoint a new non-executive director in due course.
LPA shares were trading down 0.9% at 110.01 pence each.
