Royal Mail has hinted at legal action unless regulator Ofcom stops rival TNT Post UK "cherry-picking" its most lucrative mail delivery services. Property analyst Hometrack said national property prices increased by 0.1 per cent this month, down from 0.3% in June and 0.5% in May.
