LONDON (Alliance News) - Lakehouse PLC said Wednesday Andrew Harrison, a non-executive director, has retired from the board with immediate effect.
Harrison first joined the asset and energy support services group's board as an alternative director to founder Steve Rawlings. Following Rawlings' death in 2016, his position was made permanent.
Lakehouse shares were down 3.1% at 39.00 pence on Thursday.
