LONDON (Alliance News) - Kaz Minerals PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Andrew Southam bought GBP79,573 worth of shares in the company.
Southam acquired 16,455 shares in two separate transactions. He purchased the first 8,417 shares at 472.70 pence each and the remaining 8,038 at 494.98p. His total shareholding following the deal was not disclosed.
Kaz shares were trading up 1.1% at 483.82p each on Monday.
