(Alliance News) - Kingswood Holdings Ltd on Thursday said Astoria Investments Ltd has completed its disposal of its entire stake in the company to KPI Ltd.
South Africa-listed Astoria sold 28.1 million Kingswood shares at 7.50 pence each, GBP2.1 million altogether.
Shares in Kingswood closed untraded in London, last quoted at 8.25 pence each. Astoria's shares closed 2.7% higher in Johannesburg at ZAR2.29 apiece.
KPI now holds 145.1 million Kingswood shares, representing a 67% stake in the company.
Kingswood noted that its Chief Executive Gary Wilder and Non-Executive Deputy Chair Jonathan Massing wholly own KPI.
