CORRECT: HT Media Board Approves Proposal To Invest Funds In Koovs

(Correcting the company whose board has approved the proposal.)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Koovs PLC on Thursday said the board of Indian mass media company HT Media Ltd have approved a proposal to invest up to GBP3.0 million in Koovs.

Koovs, which operates a wholesale business supplying branded fashion products, said it is in discussions with HT Media regarding the potential investment, and will update the market in due course.

Shares in Koovs closed up 9.1% at 32.18 pence on Thursday.
