Kainos Group PLC - London-based information technology consulting and software provider - Senior Vice President of Business Development Paul Gannon sells 200,000 shares at 1,335p each, or GBP2.7 million in total. Further, Gannon transfers 50,000 shares to a Family Partnership for nil consideration.
Following the transactions, Gannon has a total shareholding of 7.3 million shares, constituting 6.0% of issued share capital.
