Silence Therapeutics PLC - novel RNA therapeutics developer - Chief Financial Officer Rob Quinn to lave company in January to take up new position. The company will look for a US-based CFO following its Nasdaq listing.

Glanbia PLC - Kilkenny, Ireland-based nutrition company - John Murphy joins as non-executive director, as part of relationship with Glanbia Co-Operative Society Ltd.

Jupiter US Smaller Companies PLC - investment trust - Fund Manager Robert Siddles to retire with effect April 2021. "The board would like to extend its thanks to Robert for the strong long-term performance he has delivered to shareholders over the last 19 years across a variety of market conditions," Jupiter US Smaller said.

Kingfisher PLC - DIY retailer - Senior Independent Director Mark Seligman to step down from board from January 29 after nine years. Names Catherine Bradley as non-executive director, with effect November 2. Bradley is also a non-executive at budget airline easyJet PLC.

KCR Residential REIT PLC - residential-focused real estate investment trust - Chair Michael Davies to step down at November 3 annual general meeting. James Thornton, currently a non-executive director, to become non-executive chair.

OptiBiotix Health PLC - York-based life sciences company - Aneta Zlotkowska appointed as head of quality & operations, joining from Tesco PLC where she was lead development manager.

NAHL Group PLC - wealth manager and financial advisor - Non-Executive Chair Caroline Brown resigns with immediate effect. Senior Independent Director Tim Aspinall replaces Brown.

Kromek Group PLC - Sedgefield-based detection technology supplier - Names Rakesh Sharma as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Was formerly chief executive officer of Ultra Electronics Holdings PLC.
