LONDON (Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC said Tuesday that Wells Capital Management Inc now holds a 12.08% interest in the trust through a deal on Monday.
Wells Capital's previous holding in the trust, if any, was not disclosed.
Shares in the investment trust were down 0.6% at 1,605.00 pence on Tuesday.
