Keystone Investment Trust To Buy Back 1.2 Million In Shares

Mon, 23rd Dec 2019 12:44

(Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC on Monday said it proposed to buy back up to 1.2 million of its own shares.

The trust said this will occur when the board "deems this to be in the best interests of the company".

In addition, Keystone said "there should be no presumption" that the share buyback will be part of an ongoing programme.

The stock was up 3.6% at 1,786.96 pence in London on Monday.
