Kistos PLC - London-based energy sector investor - Concerning acquisition of Tulip Oil Netherlands BV, following Kistos's raising of GBP52.5 million, Tulip Oil's subsidiary Tulip Oil Netherlands Offshore BV has secured binding commitments for a new EUR90 million senior secured bond issue with maturity in November 2024.
TONO will also issue an additional EUR60 million bond with maturity in May 2026, with all proceeds going towards the early repayment of all amount outstanding under existing bonds.
