Shares of Experian fell to the bottom of the pile after Goldman Sachs recommended shifting the stock. The broker reduced its rating on the stock to "sell" from "neutral". The firm is being sold for £382m in cash. WPP climbed after its advertising network POSSIBLE Worldwide acquired Media Republic Development, a digital marketing firm in the Netherlands.
