Read moreKarelian Diamond Resources PLC - Dublin-based diamond explorer - Applies for two further prospecting licences in Northern Ireland. The applications follow results from the company's stream sediment sampling programme at its KDR-1 licence which showed the potential presence of nickel-copper mineralisation. The licence applications cover an area of 500,000 metres squared. Karelian says an exploration programme for nickel-copper-platinum is now being prepared.
