DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: IntegraFin Founder Trims Share Sale Price

(Alliance News) - The follow is a round-up of share dealings by UK company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - Founder Michael Howard sells 8.5 million shares at 463 pence on Wednesday, worth GBP39.4 million, via a bookbuild run by Barclays Bank and Peel Hunt. The sale replaces a cancelled transaction on Monday for the same shares at 475p. The decision to offer the 2.5% lower price followed IntegraFin's announcement late Tuesday that it is facing a GBP4.3 million value added tax bill following a decision by the UK tax collector HMRC to remove one of the company's units from a VAT group. The news knocked IntegraFin's shares by almost 5% to a low on Wednesday of 470p. Following completion of the sale, Howard still will own just under a 9% stake.

Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC - Managers and associates buy 518,852 shares at 850p, worth GBP4.4 million, on Monday. The managers include Lindsey McMurray, managing partner of Pollen Street Capital Ltd, the trust's investment manager.

Workspace Group PLC - Executive team sells 185,000 shares worth GBP2.3 million "generally to cover their tax planning". CEO Graham Clemett sells 20,000 shares and associate Julie Clemett sells 30,000, while Operations Director Chris Pieroni sells 64,524 shares and associate Caroline Pieroni sells 20,476 and Development Director Angus Boag sells 50,000, all at 1,219.14 pence on Tuesday.

Severfield PLC - Chief Operating Officer Ian Cochrane sells 1.0 million shares at GBP0.8325, worth GBP832,500, on Tuesday. Still holds 1.7 million shares.
