Vodafone Group PLC - Newbury, England-based telecommunications - Chair Jean-Francois van Boxmeer buys 305,000 shares at GBP1.35, worth GBP411,750, on Tuesday. Vodafone reported annual results on Tuesday, showing a 2.6% decline in revenue and 3.3% fall in adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation. Vodafone shares were down 8.2% at 130.12 pence on Tuesday afternoon.

Croda International PLC - East Yorkshire-based speciality chemicals - Nick Challoner, president of Asia, sells 10,070 shares at GBP65.85, worth GBP663,063, on Tuesday.

Virgin Money UK PLC - Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England-based lender - Chief Financial Officer Clifford Abrahams buys 50,000 shares at GBP1.99 and GBP2.01, worth GBP100,134, on Friday last week and Monday. Abrahams joined as CFO early in March, having been CFO at ABN Amro Bank and Dutch insurer Delta Lloyd.

CRH PLC - Dublin-based building materials - Non-Executive Director Caroline Dowling buys 1,000 shares at EUR41.90, worth EUR41,900, on Monday. Dowling joined the CRH board in March.

TP ICAP Ltd - London-based interdealer broker - Non-Executive Director Kath Cates buys 8,959 shares at GBP2.23, worth GBP19,996, on Friday.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd - oil producer in Iraq - Head of Finance Nadzeya Kernoha sells 70,183 shares at GBP1.65, worth about GBP115,800, on Friday. Kernoha had exercised nil-cost options for 148,801 shares and then sold some for tax purposes, retaining 78,618.
