JD Sports Fashion PLC - Bury, Lancashire-based retailer - Executive Chair Peter Cowgill sells 2.6 million shares at average 745.62 pence, worth GBP19.3 million, on Friday last week. Retains 3.9 million shares, a 0.4% stake.

Photo-Me International PLC - Epsom, Surrey-based operator of instant-service equipment, such as photobooths and self-service laundry - Chief Executive Officer & Deputy Chair Serge Crasnianski buys 5.0 million shares via Tibergest Pte Ltd at 51 pence, worth GBP2.6 million, on Friday last week. Crasnianski now has 105.1 million shares, a 27.8% stake. He has bought just under 20 million shares so far in 2020.

John Laing Group PLC - London-based infrastructure projects investor - Chief Executive Officer Ben Loomes buys 65,994 shares at 278p and 279p, worth about GBP183,500, on Monday. Now has 381,652 shares.
