(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

AssetCo PLC - Monmouthshire-based asset manager - Hires Campbell Fleming as chief executive officer, starting October 2. Fleming was global head of Distribution & Marketing at Standard Life Aberdeen PLC, now called abrdn PLC, leaving in September of last year. Back in January, Martin Gilbert, the co-founder of Aberdeen Asset Management, bought a 29.8% stake in AssetCo, together with associates, and subsequently became chair of AssetCo. Campbell replaces Peter McKellar, who moves to deputy chair. Gilbert holds an 8.7% stake in AssetCo following AssetCo's recent share placing, while McKellar has a 3.1% stake. Harwood Capital Management has a 23% stake and Toscafund Asset Management LLP a 13% holding.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Abhijit Akerkar steps down as director and as a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC TBC Bank to accept "a new executive leadership role with a global financial institution". Eran Klein moves from senior independent director to become chair of the board's Technology & Data Committee. Tsira Kemularia moves to become senior independent non-executive director.

Actual Experience PLC - Bath-based analytics-as-a-service - Promotes Kirsten English to non-executive chair, replacing Stephen Davidson at the next annual general meeting in March 2022. Actual Experience had announced in April that Davidson would retire. English joined the board at the start of 2020.

Studio Retail Group PLC - Accrington, Lancashire-based "digital value retail" - Hires Caroline Ross as independent non-executive director, starting September 27. Ross is chief people officer at gambling operator Flutter Entertainment PLC.

Intelligent Ultrasound Group PLC - Cardiff, Wales-based ultrasound artificial intelligence software and simulation - Hires Michele Lesieur as non-executive director, starting on Monday next week. Lesieur most recently was CEO of Supersonic Imagine SA, a Euronext listing recently sold to Nasdaq-listed Hologic Inc, a medical technology company. Previously she was CEO of Philips France, part of Royal Philips NV.

Velocity Composites PLC - Burnley, Lancashire-based advanced composite material kits for aerospace industry - Margaret Amos steps down as non-executive director to "pursue other business interests", effective immediately. Company plans to recruit a new non-executive director.
