LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC Tuesday said Chairman Marco Sodi bought 25,000 shares at a price of GBP1.937 per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Sodi holds 100,000 shares representing 0.04 % of the company's share capital.
Shares in the trades exhibitions planner were down 0.7% at5 189.70 pence Tuesday morning.
