LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said on Tuesday that Bestinver Gestion SA SGIIC now holds a 5.0% stake in the company, following a transaction on Friday last week.
The Spanish asset manager's holding prior to the transaction, if any, was not disclosed.
Shares in the exhibitions and conferences organiser closed down 0.5% at 66.80 pence on Tuesday.
