LONDON (Alliance News) - IS Solutions PLC said Non-Executive Director Michael Tinling sold 100,000 shares at a price of 112 pence per share on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Tinling has a beneficial interest in 368,516 shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the current total voting rights.
The stock was down 1.7% at 116.00p Thursday.
