IronRidge Resources Ltd - Australia-based minerals exploration company - Announces GBP3.6 million of net proceeds from the exercise of 32.2 million warrants at 12 pence each.
The company in January 2021 called warrant holders to exercise the 32.2 million warrants, which relate to its May 2020 fundraise. All note holders chose to exercise these warrants. As such, no shares were issued to Open Source Capital Ltd, Chief Executive-controlled Alberona Pty Ltd, or Chair Neil Herbert under an underwriting agreement.
Says that, having issued these shares, its block listing has been cancelled. The company's new issue share capital consists of 452.1 million ordinary shares.
