Mobile marketing company Internet Q has agreed to buy Interacel Holdings, a Latin American mobile services provider.InternetQ, which also provides digital entertainment and advertising technology services, said the acquisition of Interacel will expand its reach in mobile markets in the Americas. Interacel has direct connectivity agreements with mobile network operators in 11 countries in the Americas. It also holds partnerships with national media companies, including the Albavisión network, the owners of multiple television and radio stations across Latin America.The acquisition of Interacel is expected to be earnings enhancing in the current financial year.InternetQ said Interacel is profitable and debt free. It generated revenue of $5.18m in the year ended December 31st 2012.Shares fell 1.10% to 315p at 09:37.RD
