UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: ThinkSmart Non-Exec Almost Halves Stake

(Alliance News) - The follow is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

ThinkSmart Ltd - Non-Executive Director Roger McDowell sells 750,000 shares at 20.17p on Friday last week and 600,000 shares at 17.12p on Monday, together worth GBP132,945. McDowell still owns 850,000 shares, a 0.8% stake.

Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC - Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sells 65,000 shares at GBP5.80, worth GBP377,000, on Tuesday.

International Personal Finance PLC - Non-Executive Director Richard Holmes buys 200,000 shares at 49p, worth GBP98,000, on Monday.

Highbridge Tactical Credit Fund Ltd - Non-Executive Director Steve Le Page buys 16,000 shares at GBP1.85, worth GBP29,520, on Friday last week. The purchase is his only holding.

InfraStrata PLC - Margaret Petticrew , associate John Petticrew, the managing director of Harland & Wolff (Belfast) Ltd, buys 3.5 million shares at 0.28p, worth GBP9,874, on Friday last week. They are her only holding. InfraStrata CEO John Wood buys 920,498 shares, also at 0.28p, on Thursday last week and 3.0 million shares at 0.30p on Monday. Wood also exercised options over 5.8 million shares. He now holds 56.4 million shares, a 1.5% stake. Judith Tweed, director of Islandmagee Energy Ltd, buys 3.6 million shares at 0.28p on Thursday and now has 6.7 million shares. Stephen Tweed, associate of Judith Tweed, buys 285,264 shares at 0.27p, also on Thursday, and now has 9.0 million shares. Mark Tweed, son of Judith Tweed, buys 729,927 shares, also at 0.27p and on Thursday last week. He now has 1.2 million shares. InfraStrata Non-Executive Director Deborah Saw purchases 339,790 shares on Friday and 163,546 shares on Monday at 0.28p and 0.29p and now holds 503,336.
