Wed, 10th Apr 2019 13:58

LONDON (Alliance News) - InfraStrata PLC on Wednesday said discussions are "well underway" between the potential equity and offtake partners for the Islandmagee gas storage project in Northern Ireland.

The company said talks are progressing with two potential equity partners and three potential offtake partners.

"Current discussions are well underway between the potential equity and offtake partners to reach an agreement on an acceptable contract length and structure of the offtake agreement that will facilitate formal agreements being entered into," InfraStrata said.

It added: "We are keen to conclude these discussions as soon as is practicable whilst ensuring that we get the best deal possible for the company."

InfraStrata shares were trading up 0.1% at 0.79 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
